A History of Saint John's No. 4. Mostly concerning its formation and colonial/revolutionary history.

A night celebrating the history of Saint John's Lodge Number 4. This presentation will review the formation of the lodge, its initial composition, the trials of the Revolutionary War and the formation of the Grand Lodge of Connecticut.
“Whereas, Application hath been made unto us by several brethren of Antient and Honorable Society of Free and Accepted Masons, now residing in Hartford, aforesaid. That we would be pleased to constitute them into a Regular Lodge, that Masonry may increase and flourish in these parts.” Jer. Gridley 1762
Dinner will be at The Corner Pug at 6:30PM. Lodge will open at 7:30PM.
